Braniel Community Church is led by James Crockett, assisted by a committee from our membership. We’re a church planted through the Church of Ireland’s Diocese of Down and Dromore.

Braniel Community Church is led by James Crockett.  James has a servant heart and a gift in evangelism, and is enthused about making an impact in the community of Braniel and surrounding areas.  He is assisted by a committee from our membership.  James and his wife Adele came to faith in 2005 through the Alpha Course and led that same course for 10 years in his home church of Carnmoney Presbyterian. James spent two years being trained by New Wine Ireland under the watchful eye of George Newell and heard the call to Braniel Community Church in October 2019.  He is currently studying for Ordained Local Ministry, and he hopes to lead a church that makes an impact in the lives and hearts of the people of Braniel Estate and beyond through a relationship with Jesus.
